HOW WILL THE QUARANTINE AFFECT MY DRDER? 

We are working hard so you can get your paint by numbers kits on time. Due to the quarantine and to remain operational, we are shipping directly from our warehouse based in China. We will have the US warehouse ready as soon as possible. We intend to be 100% transparent with our customers. We have fulfilled thousands of orders, and we will continue to do so!

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO PREPARE MY ORDER?

Please note, we are experiencing unprecedented demand. Therefore, we have increased our preparation times to up to 1-2 weeks. In some cases (orders with many different PBN), it may take longer. That's the average time we'll need to prepare and pack your order.

HOW ABOUT SHIPPING?

We still offer free shipping handled by USPS regular service. The estimated delivery time to 15-30 days from dispatch. COVID-19 has affected international shipments big time since the number of international flights has been drastically reduced. Some orders may experience up to 3-5 weeks of delay and 3-6 weeks to countries outside of the U.S.

If you'd like to cancel your order, please get in touch, and we'll do so if it hasn't been shipped yet. You can email us at support@moreascraft.com with the subject CANCEL ORDER (order number).

Please, understand that if your order is in transit, we cannot stop it. You can always return it for a full refund.


WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.


CAN I CANCEL/MODIFICATION MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@moreascraft.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER (order number)".

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
